Melissa has an extensive background in marketing but new to the roofing industry. Helping grow our company by building meaningful relationships, and having her #1 goal be that everyday someone new learns about Blue Collar Roofing. Manatee county native, she enjoys the beach and boating.
Elizabeth Patino – Project Manager
A Key part to the team, Elizabeth communicates with property owners every step of the way. She ensures the crew is operating safe and they keep the job site nice and tidy. Wife and Mother of 5 with a background in law enforcement. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and cooking delicious meals.
Marcos Calderon – Crew Leader
Marcos will be on your roof, ensuring the highest quality of install. He makes sure our crew is following our play book, and installing the BEST quality roofing system for your project. Husband and Father of 5. When Marcos isn’t on a roof top he is spending time with his family or fishing.
Lilley Suttner – Office Admin
Lilley is the voice of the operation, she will greet you on the phone and make sure your calls are handled in a friendly manner. She has a heart of Gold and cares deeply. An Amazing Sister to 4 siblings, animal lover and Netflix binger. Ask her what show she is currently watching!
Brittany Kiss – Client Relations
Brittany is our on staff Notary and will come meet with you to get all of your documents notarized that need to be signed for pulling permits.
She will be with you from start to finish of your roofing project. You may also run into her at one of the many community events we attend or at a local chamber meeting.
Proud mama of a 3 year old little girl! She loves being outdoors and learning peoples stories.

She is an animal lover, beach enthusiast, and enjoys traveling to new places. In her free time, Erika loves exploring nature and making the most of sunny Florida days.
